Established in June 2000, Tech-Tool 2000 (Pty) Ltd. is an industrial supply business based in the Kingdom of Eswatini (Swaziland). A member of the Stance Holdings group of companies, Tech-Tool 2000 is the country’s largest tool and machinery supplier and distributor to public sector, corporate, micro-industry and private clients.
Led by a leadership team with a collective 56 years of professional experience, the company has enjoyed exponential growth over the past two decades, serving clients in the energy, construction, timber and agricultural industries, as well as local factories and sugar mills, and education and training facilities.
As Authorised Distributor, Service and Repair Centre for numerous leading international brands and product ranges, the company regularly introduces locally relevant and competitively priced new products to the market, and customers are assured of reliable warranties and after-sales service.
Tech-Tool 2000 holds more than 10,000 stock items, supported by a state-of-the-art inventory control and logistics management system. Staff attend regular international product exhibitions and skills development workshops, to offer expert advice and tailored solutions.
With a rapidly increasing turnover, Tech-Tool 2000 has enjoyed constant year-on year growth. We maintain close professional ties with Export Houses to ensure failsafe delivery within project timelines and budgets. Our import, warehousing and logistics operations are fully compliant with local and international regulations, standards, financial and tax directives.

MR ROBERTO RUSSO
Multi-skilled business leader, serial entrepreneur and active philanthropist with successive career success, Mr Russo leads the Stance Group as CEO and is a Director of Tech-Tool 2000, leading multiple businesses within the holding company from strength to strength over the past two decades.
As an exclusive member of many of the world’s leading networks and associations, Mr Russo is no stranger to the executive world, and a Subject Matter Expert in Marketing & Branding; Strategic Business Planning & Launch; Mergers & Acquisitions; Market Intelligence & Commercial Development.
Currently serving on 5 Boards of major-league organisations, he retains advanced leadership acumen and relationship-building prowess, driven by a passion for the prosperity of Swaziland and its people.
Mr Russo is a devoted family man and humanitarian, who (alongside friends) co founded Climbing for a Cause campaign in 2013 in answer to the Rising for Rowan expedition – a cancer-fighting initiative in which Russo and company climb mountains to raise funds and awareness for the Rainbows and Smiles charity organisation.
